(1) No vulgarity or profanity — we understand the anger and hurt many people feel toward a religious system which they have come to view as deceptive and abusing their loved ones, but please do not use vulgarity and profanity in postings to this group.
(2) Honesty — please be genuine in both your questions and replies.
(3) Non-denominational — please do not promote a particular Christian denomination, keep the emphasis on Jesus and His teachings.
(4) Daily post limit — please limit your number of postings to no more than ten a day.
(5) No links in footer — for technical reasons, please do not include any links in the signature block, footers, etc. of emails posted to the group.
(6) No attachments — please do not include any attachments with your posts.
(7) Edit out previous post(s) — Leave just enough of the previous post(s) to identify who and what you are replying to.
(8) Keep Subject line relevant to the post — The Subject line of your post should reflect the content of your post.
(9) Use private email when appropriate — Requests to posted offers for information (document, PowerPoint Presentation, etc.), or brief replies that simply say “Ditto,” “I’m praying for you,” “Amen,” etc. should be sent in a private email.
(10) Do not post private email — Private email should not be posted without the original author's permission.
(11) Reminder — this group is intended for those who are
concerned about a friend or loved one who is a member of the LDS
Church, or is being wooed by Mormons.
