What is a "physical
address"?
A physical address includes a house/apartment number and a
street name. A Post Office box number does not constitute a
physical address.
What are my shipping options?
All orders shipped to an address within the United States
will be shipped via UPS. You can choose from the following
options: Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver.
If the order is being shipped to an address outside of the
United States, you should choose ISAL (International Surface
Air Lift) from the drop down menu. This service offers
overseas mailing at a reduced cost.
How are the
shipping costs figured?
For orders shipped to addresses within the United States,
our E-store goes directly to UPS's website to figure the
shipping costs. Costs are rated by the zone that the package
is being shipped to and the weight of the merchandise. We
have also added in $1.50 to cover some of our handling
costs.
Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the United
States are sent via ISAL (International Surface Air Lift).
Our E-store figures the cost based on the weight of the
merchandise.
Can I
get a better price on volume orders?
In special situations, we are able to give a discount on
volume orders of our tracts. If you need to order
merchandise in large quantities you may want to get in touch
with us first using the Contact
Info. Let us know your situation and the quantity that
you need. You will receive a reply by return email within a
few days.
I want to
order a set of 100 tracts, but when I type 100 in the

Our tracts are only available in quantities of 100.
Therefore, if you want to order 100 tracts, you need to type
1 in the quantity field. If you want to order 1,000 tracts,
you need to type 10 in the quantity field.

Add to Basket button, nothing seems to happen. How can I
continue shopping?
To continue shopping just click on one of the following:
Continue Shopping, Store Front or E-Store Home. All of the
these buttons will take you back to the main page of our
E-store.
I need to change the
quantity/type of merchandise of my order. How do I do that?
To add, subtract or change items in your order, simply click
on the Basket Contents button at the top of the screen to
edit your order.
What if I don't
want to pay with a credit card? Can I still place an
order?
Yes, you can. We accept checks or money orders denominated
in U.S. dollars as payment. Just use the
Contact Info to give us a
description of what you need. We would be happy to set aside
your order for 14 days waiting for your check or money order
to arrive. . Please be sure to write your email address on
the check or money order so that we may properly credit your
account.
I am a missionary
working in a foreign country. Can I get a special discount
on my order?
We do on occasion give a discount on our literature to
missionaries serving in countries outside of the USA. To
obtain this discount you would need to contact us directly.
